Clark County Historical Museum offers a unique and stunning setting for your next meeting or celebration. Located in Vancouver’s 1909 Carnegie Library, your event will be held in a beautiful, historic building that celebrates the rich history of the region. Impress your guests with the opportunity to immerse themselves in our community’s stories while enjoying the hospitality of Clark County’s memory keepers.

Dine amidst the stories of our past; enjoy cocktails while exploring our exhibits; and, entertain friends and clients with a fantastic, one-of-a-kind experience. From lectures to banquets and small receptions to corporate retreats, the Museum’s distinct setting ensures a successful event every time.

Rental fees include:

      • Standard AV equipment
      • Banquet tables, podium, and chairs
      • Museum admission
      • Kitchenette

The Hidden Gallery (800 sq. ft.)

Arguably one of the best meeting locations in Downtown Vancouver, the Hidden Gallery is a changing flat panel exhibition space ideal for private meetings, conferences, and small groups for a seated dinner. Our Hidden Gallery offers up-to-date technology in a beautiful, open space sure to inspire innovation and collaboration. Rental includes use of the lobby outside of operating hours.
